"Time Is Running Out" for the nations of the world to reach the goal of Education For All by 2015. Education is a basic human right. This effort reminds us all of the value of education, especially for girls and women. The wise ones say: "When you educate a girl, you educate a family". Poverty and its effects on a nation, are the results of not educating a girl. Can we as a global society afford not to educate all the citizens of the world?
